If you have not heard of GCT or the Hub, here are some details:
The Hub @ GCT is a 50,000 square foot incubator that is host to growth-stage companies working to address pressing urban challenges.
Located within technology accelerator Grand Central Tech in space at 335 Madison Avenue adjacent to Grand Central Terminal, The Hub @ GCT will provide office space, including an innovation center for businesses creating software-enabled technologies, products and solutions to urban challenges.
Grand Central Tech will operate the Hub with the support of partners including Cornell Tech, Microsoft and Milstein Properties, which also runs the tech investment firm Circle Ventures.

The Hub @ GCT is part of the New York City Economic Development Corporation (NYCEDC) UrbanTech NYC program to help entrepreneurs and innovators address the city’s urban challenges in sectors such as energy, waste, transportation, agriculture and water.
